Deconstruct

d@n: Who are your biggest influences?
Deconstruct: Alice In Chains, Pantera, Faith No More, Snot, Marilyn Manson; the list goes on and on.

d@n: Where do you see your band in 5 years?
Deconstruct: Touring the world to sold out shows!

d@n: What direction do you think that the music industry is going? What type of music / bands are going to be big in the coming months?
Deconstruct: I think the industry is in constant change and it's really hard to say what could hit big, but I think heavier music is definitly making a huge comeback!

d@n: How do you write your music? How do your songs start and become final?
Deconstruct: The majority of our music is written in our own studio and recorded after it is written. Guitar player Joe Fraulob has been a recording engineer and producer for 10 years, so we record and produce ourselves.

d@n: What are some of the major setbacks that you see as a band? How do you overcome them?
Deconstruct: The main setback is getting yourself out to new listeners without major label backing and promotion. It's good though, because it turns you into a promotion guru if you are really serious about wanting to go somewhere.
